Camera Permission: Required to capture images for the "Camera Translator" feature. Images are processed locally on your device.
Microphone & Speech Recognition: Required for the "Voice Translator" and "Chat Translator" features to transcribe speech to text.
System Alert Window (Draw Over Other Apps): Used to display instant translation overlays over other applications for the Chat Translator functionality.
Notifications: Used occasionally to remind you of features like the Daily Quiz or dictionary highlights.

While we do not collect your personal data, the app uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you, provide analytics, or serve advertisements.

Your translation history, dictionary queries, and quiz progress are saved securely on your device using local database storage (Room). You maintain full control over this data. You can instantly wipe this data using the "Delete History" feature within the app, which permanently erases your local search and translation records without leaving traces.

We value your trust in providing us with your Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. Because our app relies on on-device machine learning (ML Kit), the risk of data interception during translation tasks is eliminated when used in offline mode.
